How do we view information?
It is important to us that you feel safe when you share your information with us. The first step in doing so is to help you understand how and why we collect information, and what we do with it. We have therefore gathered all that information on this page to explain in detail – and provide an overview of – Fascia Clinics’ information, sales and customer process.
The FasciaClinics is a company that offers products and services that we believe and consider to be of high quality. With the way we look at marketing and sales, our goal is to present these products and services to people who we think would like them. We don’t believe in forcing our products and services on people, we believe in presenting them to people and then letting them decide if they want to buy the products or services. There are basically two ways to get in touch with people who might be interested in what we have to offer.
The first way is that you find us, for example through a recommendation from a friend or colleague, through a search engine or via social media. You then visit our website and sign up to receive more information from us.
The second way is that you see one of our marketing campaigns, for example on Facebook, in a magazine or at an event. If you like what you see, fill in a contact form on our website, in our booth or on Facebook and ask for more information.
When you sign up to receive more information, our aim is to provide you with that information in the best possible way, knowing that life is complicated and you may have many things that require your attention. As long as we think you are interested, we will send you various reminders, for example by SMS or by calling you. We also try to keep track of what information you like, so that we can provide you with both information and sometimes offers that interest you. This is mainly done through something called Cookies, which you can read more about in our Cookie guide. Cookies also help us to collect data on how our website works, for example how easy or difficult it is for visitors to find the information they are looking for – and this is incredibly useful in helping us to improve our site for everyone who visits it.
Because we have thousands of people who visit our website and want to access information, we have a system in place to keep track of everything. This system is called Keap and it helps us to send out different information to different people, based on their separate preferences. In the system we have your contact details, such as email address and phone number and your preferences, for example that you are interested in equine therapist training, our fascia newsletter and are not at all interested in events held in the south of Sweden. And the great thing about having all the information in one system is that we can delete everything with a single click.
So, we collect data to provide you with the information you are looking for, as quickly as possible and to give you the best possible experience with us.
If you decide to buy from us, we collect payment information that makes the purchase possible. This information is of course highly sensitive and is handled on a “need to know basis”, meaning that only the people specifically linked to the payment process and your sales process can access this information.

Basic Cookies
Cookies that are used to maintain basic functionality of the website, for example to keep a user logged into a service where you are logged in when switching between pages.
Insights & Statistics
Cookies are used to collect visitor data from the browser. For example, to see how many visitors there are to the website, how visitors move around the website and what information is consumed by visitors in different modes. Fascia Clinics – Cookies – we are the publisher of a couple of cookies that are used to enable us to tailor the communication with you to enhance the experience. The cookie tells functions on the website for example if you are already a customer of ours or if you have already purchased our products or services.
Google – cookies from Google that are set in order for us to be able to obtain statistics and information about how the website is used.
Facebook – used to allow you to easily share information you like with your friends.
Advertising networks – we use cookies for advertising, to be able to evaluate what the advertising provides and so that you as a user receive relevant information in our communication with you. Examples of ad networks we use are Google Adwords and Facebook.
Personal data
In various functions such as forms, we collect personal information. For example, when ordering information packages, we save your name, email address, phone number and address. You can request to see your data, change it or ask us to delete it at any time.
Handling of e-mails
We do various types of e-mails, advertising, invitations and other marketing. We also send e-mails that are directed to you after your request, it may be in connection with ordering an information package, making an expression of interest or because you want to get in touch with a salesperson.
