Fascia knowledge and sales:
- Be able to explain to a customer what fascia is and what its function is.
- To be able to explain to a customer the consequences that modern lifestyles can have on the body in terms of the role of fascia in receiving and relieving pressure.
- Be able to explain ailments/dysfunctions/disorders/problems in terms of how the body functions in a healthy state, emphasising fascia, self-healing and the importance of mobility, relaxation, balance, posture, flow and circulation.
- Be able to explain why Fascia is a completely new way of looking at the body and why Fascia has not been talked about in this way before.
Customer Service and Fascia Treatment
- Be able to see, hear and sense the client’s expectations, manage these expectations and design a treatment plan that ensures client satisfaction
- Be able to perform a fascia-focussed treatment, in a professional and safe manner, to achieve increased mobility and relaxation.
- Know the indications and contraindications, as well as what happens in the body during fascia treatment with a machine, and be able to explain this to the customer.
- To be able to follow up and deal with both satisfied and dissatisfied customers in a professional manner.
Concept and visual identity
- Know what you can expect from your membership and what is expected of you, such as activities, continuing education and customer service – and why this is essential for your own profitability and for the development of the FasciaClinics.
- Have an understanding of what a visual identity is and why it is in everyone’s interest that the visual guidelines are followed to the letter.
