Impingement treatment
Impingement or entrapment syndrome, as it is also known, is when tissues become squeezed together near a joint, causing pain during certain movements. When the tissues are squeezed and pressure is increased, pain results.

The joints of the fingers are made up of two finger bones, called phalanges, which meet in a joint to allow the fingers to move. The articular surfaces of the two bones are covered with articular cartilage to, among other things, reduce friction between the bone ends so that it slides more easily. The articular cartilage also protects the bone surfaces.
In the absence of direct trauma to the knee, knee pain is most commonly a symptom of a dysfunctional joint. It may be overloaded due to an imbalance in the pelvis and back. If the pelvis is not in balance but, for example, rotated forward on one side, the load and function of all joints will be affected. The knee joint, which is a large joint with a lot of fascia structures, and which takes so much weight, is then particularly vulnerable.
Pain in the coccyx, tailbone is most often caused by injury to the bone or the soft tissues around it, the fascia structures, from a fall or a difficult birth with increased pressure on the coccyx.
Polymyalgia rheumatica is an inflammatory disease that causes pain and stiffness in large muscle groups. It mostly affects women and rarely before the age of 50.
Most commonly, groin problems are caused by overstretched muscles, such as the hip flexors and adductors, which affect many athletes.
In the hip area, there are abundant muscles and tendon attachments that attach to the iliac crest and the outside of the femoral head, the greater trochanter. When you have pain in the hip, it can come from the hip joint itself or from the soft tissues and fascia structure in the surrounding area, which may be due to overuse with inflammation of the muscles and tendon attachments.
A muscle is made up of many muscle fibers (muscle cells), which build up the muscle belly itself. Each muscle fiber is surrounded by fascia, a bundle of muscle fibers is then bundled together with a slightly stronger fascia around the bundle and finally there is an even stronger fascia around the whole muscle (several bundles together).
Morton’s neuroma, Morton’s or Morton’s disease is a common cause of pain in the front of the foot. In the foot, nerves extend to the toes and these can become pinched between two metatarsal bones, causing pressure on the nerve, which in turn, when prolonged, can cause a tightening of the fascia around the nerve.
